  • BUXTON HEATING - YOUR LOCAL HEATING AND HOT WATER COMPANY.We are experts in the following areasCombination, System, and Conventional Boiler installations, replacements, and upgrades.These boilers are the most commonly fitted boilers in England and how they are applied varies according to the home and the requirements.  Buxton Heating is experts in accessing your homes needs and appointing the correct boiler for the job. Pumps, valves, radiators and pipework.All these are vital components of your Heating System and all require attention at some stage, either at an annual service or an upgrade to improve your system.  Buxton Heating will not only advise on all aspects of these but will quickly identify and repair or replace any part that is faulty. Hot water CylindersThere are two main types of hot water cylinders Vented and Un-Vented.  The most common, vented, store hot water at pressure from a tank in the attic.  Un-Vented cylinders feed the hot taps at the same pressure as the cold water mains.  We can supply, fit and upgrade all of these systems System Cleansing & Power Flushing.Untreated the primary water in radiators will rust and damage the radiators from the inside out, this causes sludge and debris build up which in turn reduces or stops the heat circulating.  We can chemically flush the system or in more serious circumstances power flush the system to return it to full efficiency and leaving it correctly inhibited.  Landlord Gas Safety Certificates.Any rented accommodations with gas appliances are required by law to have an annual inspection with an in date Landlord Gas Safety Certificate. We at Buxton Heating are fully qualified to inspect rental properties ensuring they have safe gas appliances for tenants. Our office will ensure you are reminded in time when your next inspection is due. Annual Servicing.Boilers can appear to be working fine but may well contain hidden danger.  An annual service will not only ensure the system is working correctly but will also highlight any potential hazards.  Using the latest test equipment, we will inspect your appliances and issue you paperwork detailing the service findings.
