  • Stunning views, log fires and historic charm.   This elegant C17th country house is an ideal base to discover the beautiful Wye Valley and beyond.   There are many walks from the door with the river Wye less than half a mile away.  We offer a relaxing, peaceful ambience in the heart of this AONB.   All rooms are beautifully appointed with antique furniture and en-suite facilities. There is a TV and hairdryer in your room and a good selection of various teas and coffee. The guest lounge,  is an ideal place to unwind and relax in the evening.   Alternatively, the terrace catches the last rays of sun. Our beamed dining room has French doors to the garden where you can enjoy delicious breakfasts prepared using local produce and homemade bread, muesli and preserves. It is served around a large family oak table. We look forward to meeting you and will do everything that we can to make your stay with us memorable.
