This is equipped with built-in oven and hob, microwave, fridge & washer/drier and family sized farmhouse table. Wide french-windows open onto the private patio garden (one step) with picnic tables and plenty of room to enjoy the views.Next the garden is a parking area for 2+ cars and a 2½ acre field occupied by our two donkeys. Access is across our private land. There are convector heaters in all rooms; heating, lighting and cooking is provided by mains electricity. A private well supplies all the water to the farm. Summer electricity and linen is included in the price, towels may be hired for a small charge.Please note that the first floor is open-plan and therefore more suitable for single family occupancy.
