  • The 17th century Grade II listed cottage has been sensitively modernised and extended and stands in historic and peaceful surroundings alongside Mergate Hall.Guest accommodation is contained within a separate wing of the cottage accessed via a private staircase. The "Cottage Suite" has a large double bedroom with adjacent private sitting room and luxury bathroom. A second double bedroom is available for members of the same party who are prepared to share the sitting room and bathroom. Bedrooms are equipped with coffee/tea making facilities, bathrobes, hairdryers and clock radios.
