  • ProCare offers services for adults and children who have enduring emotional and behaviour difficulties  requiring dynamic and considered strategies.  Our 24 hour service provision provides structure and facilitates ongoing assessment and intervention. ProCare strives to provide an example of excellent practice in service provision.   The principles which underlie the practice at ProCare seek to promote the awareness of the rights of the individual and the widely varying models of care and treatment that can be utilised in relation to this user group.  ProCare Wales is active in seeking to reduce and eliminate the inequalities which are faced by our service users.   ProCare has been recognised as an investors in People Organisation, also achieving the Positive about disability Award and the Wales Quality Award for business excellence. ProCare is a member of the Care forum for Wales and we are accredited trainers with the British Institute of Learning Disabilities, Non Violent Crisis Intervention Program.    At ProCare we are especially proud of our analysis and early intervention work which has supported people  labelled as "severely challenging" to live effectively and meaningfully in the local community.          We are proud to be one of the largest employers of specialist support staff in North Wales.
