I have worked over the years for several health authorities and international companies. I provide one to one consultations for individual clients and I provide group sessions for certain issues.Professional life Coach As a Professional life Coach, Corporate and Executive Coach I uses my skills and other techniques to help my clients to achieve the results that they want, enabling them to take positive steps towards their own personal goals and development. I use face-to-face consultations as well as telephone consultations; both are as effective and as successful as the other. I have worked with individuals both in their personal life and, in their professional capacity within the corporate sector. I believe that my calm and relaxed style together with my expert communication skills and qualifications offer a unique approach to coaching to help my clients understand and improve their relationships, health, work life balance and careers. My niche areas in particular are Time management, Stress, Relationships, Wealth Coaching and Expatriate Coaching.�Consultation fees can be tailored to suit the clients needs, anything from a 60 minute session time after an initial consultation of 90 minutes.� � I work in accordance to the Coaching Academy Code of Conduct, a copy of which can be viewed on request. I work on a short term and long-term basis according to my client’s own personal and professional needs and this is discussed on the initial consultation. I have a private practice in Cornwall.
