  • Helpline is a way of getting help through your telephone system quickly and efficiently 24 hrs a day, 365 days of the year. It consists of a small personal radio transmitter called a pendant that can be worn around the neck, clipped onto clothing or worn on a wrist strap.The pendant will trigger a base unit that will sit alongside your telephone, it is both easy to use and keep clean. By pressing the pendant a call will be made to the control centre.There is a quarterly charge for this service.If you require more details or you would like us to do a presentation to your club or group please contact either Donna Marriott or Judith Franklin on 01684 272736.Our offices are open from 8.30 until 5 every day and until 4.30 on a Friday.
