  • This lovely, cosy cottage is located in the small, quiet hamlet of Blaxhall close to the picturesque Suffolk coast. Guests can totally unwind and enjoy the relaxing surroundings whilst having the coast convenience of Snape, Woodbridge and the seaside towns of Aldeburgh and Southwold within easy travelling distance.As well as miles of coastline and open countryside this part of East Anglia, has many places of interest for guests to visit and experience. Minsmere Bird Reserve, Rendlesham Forest, Dunwich Heath, Orford Ness and Alton Water offer activities such as bird watching, cycling, walking, sailing, horse riding and fishing.The area has an abundance of welcoming pubs and restaurants, including the village local within a mile of the cottage.Admiral Cottage is full of character and has many original features including exposed beams and striped wood floors throughout. The open-plan kitchen/living area features a wood burning stove and French doors allowing access to a private, enclosed rear patio and from there, the larger shared garden. In addition the cottage has a second reception room with an open fire for relaxing or games. Upstairs has a large double bedroom and a second bedroom which can be used as a double or a twin, both of which are traditionally-furnished. A modern bathroom including shower completes the upstairs.Bed linen is provided. All oil for heating and wood for stove and fire is included in the rent.
