We were founded in the early 80?s to support those with a health problem or disability back into employment.Shaw Trust offer a tailored individual service to our clients to help prepare for work by helping to access training and further education, voluntary work and work placements. We offer advice on benefits, In Work Benefit Calculations, a �200 Job Start Grant and further funding through our 'Innovation Fund'. A Recruitment Adviser will help with all aspects of Jobsearch, help with creating CV's, interview preperation until you secure employment.
