  • We are Steve, Katrina & Grant, we are now the licensee's of the Broom Tavern as from the 17/12/2004, we hope to carry on the good work that has been in place with previous licensee's, we are keen to meet all the new people and are looking forward to the challenge, we hope to be introducing many teams to the Broom Tavern from the people in the local area, be it cribbage, darts, bar billiards, golf society and so on......we are bringing a first class chef with us who has worked in some of the best hotels and large restaurants in the north and south of England, his creditations and ability are among the best and we are really excited about working with him in this venture. We hope to bring a hard working first class service to the Broom Tavern, we have many ideas and are looking forward to hearing from you all as to what you would like to see at the pub.We hope to make many friends as we are very sociable, and although we are owners of a pub we like to see smiles more than anything, so if you have been absent from the Broom Tavern for what ever reason and are looking for a bright change we would love to meet you......we moved in the pub on the 17/12/2004, so as you can imagine it was busy period. We have a fifteen year old boy who is sport mad, so if any parents out there who have similar aged kids, it would be greatly appreciated from us for you to get in touch as Grant is very good company and is very sporty.Once again we are really looking forward to meeting everyone.We now also have a website for you to get some idea about us.. http://www.broomtavern.co.uk.
