  • Essex Community News and Radio 5KA is made possible by disabled homebound volunteers support and community participation in Essex. We will offer diverse music and cultural programming, alternative news and community-centered public affairs programming. We area voluntary non-profit online community radio station, offering non commercial programming to, for and by folks living in Essex. We will produce high quality and imaginative programs and play a key role in Essex cultural life. We're gentle andkindon the ears - all of our music is from the period 1940s - 1980s. Radio 5KA is Essex first online interactive community radio station to broadcast on the internet 24 hours a day to the community in the Essex county.
