  • PRIMROSE COTTAGEIs a 17th centuary listed stone cottage located opposite the ancient church of St Peters in the quiet conservation village of Little Oakley, 5 miles south of Corby and 5 miles north of Kettering. The Cottage has a large (approx 1 acre) cottage garden with fishponds and stream. Adjoining there is a paddock with a brook. The paddock is used for keeping our free-range chickens and growing organic fruit and vegetables for our own and guests use. There is a large drive and parking for several cars.ACCOMMODATIONComprises one double room with period bedstead and en suite shower. One twin room with shared adjacent bathroom. Both rooms have coloured television, central heating, hairdriers and tea/coffee making facilities. Room Prices: Double room �45.00 (�35.00 single occupancy) Twin room �40.00 (�30.00 single occupancy) All prices include a full English Breakfast using our free-range eggs, home made preserves and when available our fresh garden produce. Guests meals are served in our cosy dining room which opens out onto a patio area where guests (weather permitting) can also take meals and are free to relax or wander around enjoying the sights and smells of our lovely garden.
