  • We provide a Centre of Excellence for all kinds of gymnastics and fitness experience. These facilities, in this small rural area, are second to none and are regarded as some of the best in the UK. In gymnastics we cater for pre school to advanced levels for girls and boys up to national level. Coaching is by international and national standard coaches with support from other coaches of various qualified levels all acreited and affiliated to British Gymnastics Association (BG based at Lilleshall, Salop) In fitness we boast a high quailty gym with graduate intstuctors in attendance at all times. The gym has top of the range fitness equipment and is geared for the unfit person wishing to change and improve their health and fitness. Expertise is always on hand to help and each individual has his/her own specific programme set after consultation with the instuctors, tailored to the objectives set by the individual.
