  • The Lion Inn is riverside on the Norfolk Broads at the head of Thurne Dyke with its white windpump standing sentinel. The village has a gift shop and village store. The pub welcomes families with children and dogs. Functions catered for. Coaches welcome. March to end of October we are open Monday to Saturday 11am to 11 pm and Sunday Noon to 10.30 pm. In the winter we are open Thursday, Friday , Saturday and Sunday. Extensive menu. Large Beer Garden with the playing field with swings next door. Moorings for over 30 visiting boats.
