  • I run a small planning consultancy specialising in rural planning issues. I work on behalf of local authorities, housing associations and private clients. I have recently been involved in the Market Towns Initiative for Evesham and Pershore acting as their co-ordinator for a Healtcheck and Action Plan which benefitted from funding from the Countryside Agency and Advantage West Midlands for a number of regeneration projects.eg. Waterside Project, EveshamI also work with farmers and landowner who have planning issues to resolve. I am currently involved with a number of farmers who are seeking to diversify into non-agricultural uses such as holiday cottages, craft units and equestrian enterprises. Much of the funding for this is provided by DEFRA who can offer free planning appraisals to anyone who spends more than 50% of their time in farming.
