  • Farmhouse Bed and Breakfast in quiet hamlet of Shouldham Thorpe (West Norfolk) which offers a high standard of comfortable accomodation and home-prepared and cooked food of the highest quality. Our evening meal style could be described as English country/provincial French. Evening Meals can be booked in advance by our email menu service. However, we are not licenced and would suggest that you bring along a bottle with you.As well as peace, quietness, solitude and good cooking, we also offer 3 acres of beautiful gardens for you to wander round and relax in, together with a small plant nursery specialisting in cottage herbaceous perennials and unusual garden plants (this is our hobby).Local attractions are: Norwich, Cambridge (we are equi-distant between the two), Ely, King's Lynn, the north Norfolk coastline, Oxborough Hall, Holkham Hall, Houghton Hall and Sandringham House - all within a comfortable journey time, after breakfast.
