  • East Winds School of T'ai Chi Ch'uan teaches Traditional Yang Family T'ai Chi Ch'uan for both Health and Fitness. Suitable for any age and any state of Health, the Chief Instructor, Alistair Sutherland has been practising Chinese Internal Arts since 1989. He is a Registered Instructor with the Tai Chi Union for Great Britain and a Professional Instructor Member of Fitness Scotland and listed on the National Register. He has also been accredited by Master Paul Lam to teach in his T'ai Chi for Arthritis programme. His school, East Winds, teaches throughout East Fife with classes in Dunfermline, Kirkcaldy. Glenrothes, Anstruther, Crail and St. Andrews. Other East Winds Instructors are Eric Bell, Angie Thomas and Sue Hood.
