  • We Both are qualified chefs and have contact with at least another 8 chefs all do agency work nationwide why pay them (the agency that is) they are not open weekends dont answer the phone after 5pm on a Friday until 9.05 am on a Monday unless its a bank holiday of course !!!!!.Myself and Trevor just aim to Provide a relay service for you and chefs enough said if you need a chef dont want to pay an extra �3.75 an hour or �15.00 a day commisions just call or mail and ill see what we can do, after all if we have no one to cover then call the agency .All chefs will supply own knives and own uniforms Please note all chefs will work on a self employed basis (length of assignment may change that) chefs work for �10 ahour and if not travelling local help with accomadation would be most appreciated.
