  • The Manor House Bed and Breakfast is a Grade II listed property, dating from the Jacobean period. Two large bedrooms are available, each room can sleep up to four people very comfortably. The Morning Room is also available for the exclusive use of the guests during their stay with us. Ideally located in the very centre of Rutland (Englands smallest county) this peaceful and pretty small village provides easy access for Rutland Waters varied activities(Fishing, Bird Watching, Sailing, Wind Surfing, Walking, Cycling etc.) as well as Stately Homes ( Burghley House, Rockingham Castle, Grimsthorp Castle), The Tolethorp outdoor theatre, plus many more things to see and do.Situated next to the renowned Hambleton Hall Hotel on the peninsular of Rutland Water, the village is a little over 2 miles from the county town of Oakham, and 10 miles from Stamford and the A1. Rates start from �25.00 per person per night, including breakfast.
