The two guest rooms are quiet and secluded at the rear of the house. Ample private parking and an elevated garden, with views over the house to Harbottle Crags, are also at the rear. The bathroom has a large oval bath, shower, toilet, wash basin and a second toilet is nearby. The spacious guests dining/sitting room has TV/tea/coffee facilities. All rooms have central heating.
