  • Cancleave is situated on the coast road between Crackington Haven and Widemouth Bay. Standing in around half an acre of lawned garden bordering the coast path, it commands extensive views across Bude Bay right the way to Lundy Island on a clear day. The property lies within the North Cornwall designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty as well as the Boscastle to Widemouth SSSI (Site of Special Scientific Interest)Just outside the garden gate lies the South West Coast Path and from here a path winds down the sloping cliffs to the pebble beach below. Take the coast path to the south west of the property and you will shortly arrive in a dense stunted oak forest; a forest of fully mature yet miniature oaks. The pebbled beach of Millook is one mile by road to the north or approximately 30 mins on the coast path.Cancleave can accommodate a maximum of 8 people and is very well equipped as follows:· Entrance porch. · Living/dining room with night store heater, woodburner & colour television. · Fitted kitchen with electric cooker, fridge & microwave oven. · Bathroom with bath, shower, handbasin & wc. · Two double bedrooms (one with night store heater), one twin room and one bunk room. · Utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. Extra W.C. with handbasin. · Rear entrance door through utlilty room.Equipment· Colour TV, hot water immersion heater, electric cooker, microwave, fridge, electric radiators or heaters in all rooms, vacuum cleaner, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board, duvets, blankets, pillows and linen.
