Welcome to your laughter club experience an energising laughter yoga workout with invigorating breathing,posture, and stretches combined with lots of lighthearted laughter exercise,reducess stress hormones in the blood,beats the blues,makes you much more happy,and joyous,amazing health benefits,physical,emotional,mental,spiritual Come join us in the healing power of laughter   Monday eves 7:00pm till 8:30pm starting 07/12/09 The Miracles Room,The Glastonbury Experience courtyard,High Street,Glastonbury £5 or £3 concessions please arrive on time to give yourself a bit to relax bring plenty of water as laughing is thirsty work and wear loose comfortable clothing as the body temp starts to rise when we all start laughing,so maybe wear layers of clothing that can be removed SEE YOU THERE
