  • Arriba! Wellness Clubs are expanding across East Anglia and promise to revolutionise your knowledge about food and nutrition as well as helping you lose those extra pounds.Join us every Tuesday evening for a relaxed, fun, community based club that aims to educate you about weight loss through good nutrition. Each week we cover different topics including the power of protein, healthy digestion, boosting your metabolism, nutrition labels, exercise, healthy hearts and much more.With weekly recognition and rewards we provide support, motivation and education in a fun environment to help you make the changes you want in 2010.Arriba Wellness Clubs meet at Clover Hill Village Hall,  Bowthorpe,  7.00-8.30pm.   Spaces are limited and the club costs £4 pw or a fabulous £39 for the entire 12 week Weight Loss Challenge.
