  • Free Telephone Counselling service!     Ryedale Counselling Service is pleased to be able to offer a specialist telephone counseling service from its centre in Malton.     The Counselling Service, which has been providing emotional support to people in Ryedale for over a decade, is now offering a free confidential Telephone Counselling Service to the people of Ryedale aged 18 upwards.     The Telephone Counselling Service works in a similar way to face to face counselling, but the counselling sessions are conducted over the telephone for people who find it difficult to meet in person.     Service users so far have noted the benefits of the service as offering a greater sense of anonymity, the elimination of childcare arrangements, time efficiency and overcoming transport problems. Some clients have found it a useful way to acclimatise themselves to counselling and build the confidence to meet face to face.      For further information or to make an appointment please contact us on 01653 690124.
