  • Allerton Flower Festival The Allerton Church Flower Festival over the August Bank Holiday was a wonderful event with many arrangements based on the theme Reflecting God’s Glory. From roses and lilies to hydrangeas and chrysanthemums the church was ablaze with floral colours and many enjoyed a morning coffee or an afternoon cream tea. Our special thanks to Dot Puddy for all her hard work, preparation and organisation resulting in a very successful and glorious weekend. The festival was the first fund raising event for the restoration of the church organ and raised a magnificent £1,500. Just a few pictures as a reminder or to see what you missed!!
