  • TATTINGSTONE PARISH COUNCIL Minutes of Parish Council MeetingHeld in the Village HallOn Monday 2nd July 2007At 7.30pm  Councillors present:      Cllr Plumbly      Cllr Wood        Cllr Stanger      Cllr Kerswell                                        Cllr Scott          Cllr Mawson    Cllr Moore       Cllr Collins                                    Cllr Connor                                    1.   Apologies – None  Declaration of Interest – Cllr Stanger item 10 Planning Tattingstone Lodge    Minutes of Last Meeting on 4th June 2007 Agreed and signed.  Matters Arising – None  Clerks Report. –.The clerk read out a report updating the council on various issues including that the footpath problems on Coxhall Road have been resolved and all councillors were issued with a copy of the councils expenditure against budget for the first quarter of the year.  Open Forum for Public – No members of the public were present.  Standing Orders – Cllr Stanger is now the VH Committee Secretary, this has now been added to the register of interest.  Children’s Play Equipment – Cllr Moore issued copies of quotations for the play equipment. Cllr Moore, Cllr Plumbly and Cllr Mawson will meet to put together a proposal. Cllr Kerswell will act as a back up if needed. A meeting was arranged for Monday 9th July.  Police Report.  – Cllr Plumbly read out a report on behalf of Suffolk Police. There had been 2 crimes an assault and a theft from vehicle.Planning -    a) Rookery Farm advertising – Recommended Approval                                  b) Rookery Farm advertising – Recommended Approval                                    The clerk will send a letter strongly supporting these                                    Applications.                                 c) Tattingstone Lodge - Approved  Correspondence –      An invitation had been received to attend a meeting on Thursday 26th July with regard to affordable housing and details on a Babergh District Council event on grant aid to be held on 23rd July, these were both put in the circulation folder.  Finances.
