  • TATTINGSTONE PARISH COUNCIL Minutes of Parish Council MeetingHeld in the Village HallOn Monday 4th June 2007At 7.30pm  Councillors present:      Cllr Plumbly      Cllr Wood        Cllr Stanger      Cllr Kerswell                                        Cllr Scott          Cllr Mawson    Cllr Moore       Cllr Collins                                                                        1.   Apologies – Cllr Connor  Declaration of Interest – Cllr Stanger item 13 as she is the new secretary for the VH & PF, but not a trustee.    Minutes of Last Meeting on 30th April 2007 Agreed and signed.  Matters Arising – There were no matters arising.  Clerks Report. –The clerk reported that planning permission had been granted for the erection of a rear conservatory at 1 White Horse Cottages. SCC has cleared all drains in Green Lane on 16/4/07 and no problems had been found, however they will continue to monitor the situation. Cllr Kerswell thanked the clerk for sorting this out.  Open Forum for Public – No members of the public were present.  Children’s Play Equipment - Sarah wants to pass the play equipment back to the Parish Council; Cllr Plumbly still thinks that we can get the equipment a lot cheaper. Cllr Plumbly suggested that a working group be set up to take the matter forward. Cllr Plumbly will speak to Derek Page to obtain a date in July to hold a meeting with interested parties and a meeting will be held by PC Members on Monday 11th at 7.30pm to decide how to move forward, the meeting will be held at Cllr Plumbly.  Police Report.  –No new report had been received the report from April was placed in the circulation folder.  Correspondence – All correspondence has been placed in the correspondence folder.    To Consider Adopting the 2007 Model Code of Conduct for Parish & Town Councils - It was agreed to adopt the 2007 Model code of conduct this was proposed by Cllr Kerswell and seconded by Cllr Scott.  St Mary’s PCC Donation Request – A request had been received for a donation towards the upkeep of the graveyard. £650 had been allowed in the budget and it was proposed by Cllr Collins and seconded by Cllr Scott to donate £650.  Finances.
