  • Lee Players present their latest production Pygmalion by Bernard Shaw. Can Professor Henry Higgins really turn flower girl Eliza Doolittle into a lady? Lee Players take on the well known story of Eliza and her relationship with Professor Higgins and Colonel Pickering. Watch the transformation of a common flower girl turn into a lady. But what is to really become of Eliza?Come and be transfixed by this truly classic tale of classes and how a commoner crosses that line. Pygmalion will be performed on 15th, 16h & 17th of March, 2007 at the Crofton Theatre, Crofton Community Centre, Stubbington. Doors will open at 7.30pm; the curtain rises at 8.00pm. Tickets will be on sale at the Crofton Community Centre itself nearer the performance dates, by calling 023-9255 4580 or on the door.
