  • Tai Chi For BeginnersA series of simple movements that restores balance tothe body through gentle stretching methods and relaxed breathingtechniques. Tai Chi practice reducesstress, improves balance and co-ordination and is suitable for all ages andlevels of fitness.Tai Chi beginners class will be held at the Lymm Methodist Church Hall ,Eagle Brow, Lymm on Saturday mornings 11.45am - 12.35pm. Cost is �5/session.
