Further Description
  • Hello....since the 5th May there has been an interesting development into the real aspects of life in Cornwall in the Tamar Valley with the the red, blue and orange parties not even mentioning important matters as if people and the planet mattered and hence were irrelevant to all life: - these fundamential realities were ignored by our multicoloured collegues. 22% of the vote was won by the Greens in Brighton Pavillion constituency: as much of the vote as Blair achieved over the UK with all his multi-national money friends! One aspect which we in Cornwall are concerned about is social poverty in resource allocation and our own choice to control these for the benefit for all. In addition who the Cornwall Wildlife Trust members...yes TRUST to conserve and protect the dying biodiversity distributed on the land and seas in and around Kernow. Where is our beloved Cornish Assembly to help us, the most educated and mature peoples to have ever lived in Cornwall to control our own lives, our rewsources and futures?Your local Green Party is reforming and will pathfind attitudes to life which affect everyone and all aspects of continued living in a civilised 21st Century. Aspects include the citizens economy and income, sustainable living/income; energy, transport and democracy as if it mattered. There will be five different venues over the next six months across Caradon/SE Cornwall - Callington, Saltash, Liskeard, Torpoint and Looe, discussing general realife green policies in combination with the issues aforementionedIf you wish to find out more about the rainbow of policies upon what the Green Party stand for please contact: Dr. Nigel Mileson 01822 833626 (nigel@tamar.greenisp.org) or Roger Crosburne on 07736 741268 (roger@crosburne.co.uk.
