  • We aim to provide a free, impartial and confidential service for people involved in a neighbour or community disputeTo help the parties concerned to resolve their dispute by mutual agreement. To reduce the development of conflicts that may generate anxiety or fear, anger or intimidation by encouraging better communication and understanding between neighbours who may have different lifestyles or backgrounds, thereby enhancing the quality of life within the community.To compliment and help reduce the work of Local Authorities, Housing Associations, Town and Parish Councils, the Police, Citizens Advice Bureau and other statutory and voluntary agencies. To provide (in the future) a Victim/Offender Mediation Service and introduce Peer Mediation to schools.
