  • Don't Look Down was the culmination of a year long project photographing the Chapeltown and Harehills areas of Leeds. The resulting images are not those of urban decay but portray the areas in terms of the picturesque, not a concept commonly associated with these areas.Hoping to counter the local and national negative perception of the areas, more commonly associated with drugs crime and prostitution, the exhibition toured the areas where the images were taken before showing in the exhibition space in Leeds Central Library.
