  • Arriba Wellness Clubs are revolutionizing peoples knowledge about food and nutrition as well as helping them lose those extra pounds.Join us for 12 weeks for a relaxed, fun, community based club that aims to educate you about weight loss through good nutrition. Each week we will cover different topics including the power of protein, healthy digestion, boosting your metabolism, nutrition labels, exercise, healthy hearts and much more.With weekly recognition and rewards we provide support, motivation and education in a fun environment to help you make the changes you want for 2011. The next Weight Loss Challenge starts in September 2011. The class is limited to 30 people and costs only pound £39 for the 12 week course.
