  • M y name is Kirsty and i am the new leader at the sawbridgeworth meeting at the haley day centre which is held at 7pm on a wednesday.it is a very friendly and inviting meeting and the members and myself are there to help give you advice, hints and tips to help you achieve your goal, whether it be big or small, any size goal is worth achieving. the new discover plan from weight watchers is there not as a diet but a healthy eating plan to fit rounbd your life, you just have to put the effort in and find the tools that will help you succeed.we are there every week from 7pm so come along and see what were all about. join in the meeting and find out about the new you!!look forward to seeing you kirsty.
