  • Various pools across West Sussex, please call for location and times. Your baby must be less than 12 months when commencing the course. All courses run during term time.You'll find that a Water Babies course is very different to traditional swimming lessons. With the main emphasis on having fun, the course is also highly structured, with a carefully designed, progressive lesson plan for each of the 40 weeks. Our unique methods will enable your baby to feel at ease swimming both above and below the water's surface and they'll love the sensation of floating in such a warm, calm atmosphere. Ultimately we aim to teach you how to teach your child to swim as soon as they are physically able. All babies have a natural reflex preventing water entering their lungs when their faces are submerged. Our specialised techniques mean we also teach babies to regulate their breathing, thus instilling great confidence through a sense of being in control.
