  • Our new website at www.ubley.jimdo.com is being contructed to record any stories about Ubley in years gone by, we want to capture these memories before they are lost forever.  Ubley was an amazing hive of activity during world war two, with barracks, Americans, search lights, anti aircraft guns, air crashes, roads filled with tanks ready for d-day!  You try and find out about that on the web, there's nothing.  We are also collecting as many old photo's as we can as well, photo's of people as well as the place so we need the help of others.  Please visit our humble site and feel free to send in contributions.
