My name is Lyn and I lost more than 5 stone with Weight Watchers, so I know all the ups and downs people can have on a weight loss journey.  I run three meetings each week in Hucknall where  you will be warmly welcomed, it is easy to join, you will find lots of support, the weigh in is confidential and my talk every week will give you the motivation to succeed.
