  • We practice Wudang Tai Chi Chuan, otherwise known as Practical Tai Chi Chuan and qigong exercises for health and relaxation.These classes are fun, open, friendly and relaxed.  Everyone practices at a level suitable for them.Although this form of tai chi can include martial applications, these are not taught during Monday night classes.Class costs £4 per person.Wear loose clothing and trainers.
