Join your local Weight Watchers meetings held at The Royal British Legion, Lower Road, Effingham, KT24 5JP every Thursday at 18.30 and at  The Old Barn Hall, 55 Church Road, Great Bookham KT23 3 PQ every Friday at  09.45. My name is Karen Chaplin and I run the meeting and have lost 2 stone with Weight Watchers, so I know all the ups and downs people can have on a weight loss journey. You will be warmly welcomed, it is easy to join, you will find lots of support, the weigh in is confidential and my talk will give you the motivation to succeed.
