Join your local Weight Watchers meeting at Hockley Community Centre every Tuesday at x7pm, Freight House, Rochford every wednesday at 5.45pm and 7.15pm, Southend High Street at the Energie Fitness Centre on Thursdays at 10am and 12.30pm and Ashingdon memorial Hall on Friday mornings at 10am . My name is Jackie Hilbery and I run the meetings and have lost 4 stone with Weight Watcherswhich I have kept off now for 13 years, so I know all the ups and downs people can have on a weight loss journey. You will be warmly welcomed, it is easy to join, you will find lots of support, the weigh in is confidential and my talk will give you the motivation to succeed.
