Join your local Weight watchers meeting at Emmanuel Methodist Church Hall, Derby St., Ormskirk.We meet every Wednesday at 6.30pm.My name is Colette Saunders and I run the meeting and have lost 2 stones with Weight watchers and kept it off for 20 years, so I know all the ups and downs people can have on a weight loss journey. You will be warmly welcomed, it is easy to join, you will find lots of support, the weigh-in is confidential and my talk will give you the motivation to succeed.
