  • Welcome our newsletter chronicling the events of the Chase estate and surrounding area. Our hope is that we will create a sound and progressive residents association which will enable us to form strong links with our immediate and local community. Via the website (www.thechase.org) and periodicals the ability to submit stories, information, concerns etc. is open to all. We actively encourage all “Lindfordians” to have their say and look forward to hearing from you.The paramount purpose for the residents association is to ensure that out children have activities and events to attend; local peers to act as role models; a safe and inspiring environment and perhaps most importantly somewhere to go where they can be guaranteed fun! We send a special message to all the local children requesting YOUR ideas to make the community work for YOU. Keep your eye on future newsletters for information on how to submit articles, photographs and ideas.
