  • China Crisis In Hoylake LIVERPOOL band China Crisis are to perform at Jack Rabbit Slims,Hoylake,Wirral on Thursday 5th February 2009 (Doors open 7pm), plus support actThe event has been organised by The Friends of Meols Park and proceeds are to go towards the refurbishment of Meols Park Recreation GroundFounded by Gary Daly and Eddie Lundon in 1979, China Crisis' many hits included Wishful Thinking,African & White, Christian and Black Man Ray. In 1991, a greatest hits' album was released and during the mid-'90s they independently released two new albums.Tickets/Enquiries for the concert available from 0151 632 0705 or online at: www.friendsofmeolspark.co.uk  Please note this is a standing only concert.
