  • I was hoping to post forward order dates, but we have sold our house and will move into rented temporarily, but don`t have anything as yet. (TAM takes a few seconds to answer)   ,                                          , ,,     Q & A                          ,* Price & supplying company are determined by `phoning several oil companies on the  order date. Order is placed with the company giving the best price.,* You pay the oil company who will invoice for delivery in the normal way. ,* Each member is responsible for checking correct delivery and invoice amount, queries must be addressed to the supplying company                                                                                , * Because of the groups policy of "best price" it is conceivable that a different company is used for each delivery (not likely, but possible) this could mean that a pre-payment will need to be made by any member not having dealt with that particular company. It would seem that cash or cheque is NOT an acceptable means of payment for this, card only, at least from one company. Because of this don`t order if you are going to be away for the delivery, it may mean your oil not being delivered. ,* Delivery may take 10 working days or more. (average is 5 working days). Bearing this in mind if you have  a largish tank,consider taking a smaller delivery earlier rather than hang on to fill in one drop, it may save the anguish of running too low. After all the price would be the same per litre for 500 as 1500 ltrs. ,* Just don`t risk running out for the sake of "hanging on" for an order., ,* I will e-mail all members that have ordered and have provided an e-mail address with price and supplier information  as soon as practicable after placing any order.
