  • Part of the organisation NFWI (National Federation of Womens' Institutes), Birchwood W I is part of Cheshire Federation.  Established 19 years ago, it caters for a wide age range of ladies in the local area, holding a monthly meeting at Parker's Farm, Heathfield, Locking Stumps with a speaker, some business news about events being held locally, at county level and nationally and an 'extra' programme of events such as meals out and trips to the theatre and other places of interest. We welcome any ladies wishing to have an evening to themselves and offer a warm, friendly welcome with lots of laughs as well as the serious stuff!
