    Gilberdyke Memorial Hall is a traditional village hall serving the parish of Gilberdyke, and the communities of Hive, Scalby and neighbouring hamlets
    It offers a range of facilities for both large and small events including regular meetings, seminars, conferences, parties, wedding receptions, etc.
    It is available for use for community groups, businesses and private hire.

    Main Hall: The main hall is 24' x 50' m. It has wood flooring and is suitable for dances. There is an additional area to the side suitable for extra seating or exhibition, size 19' x 40', plus a stage and curtains for music, drama and similar entertainments. Capacity: 100 people (seated)/200 (standing)

    Small Hall: The small hall is 20 'x 30', with carpet, and is particularly suitable for children's groups. Capacity: 50 people (seated)/100 (standing)Total seating capacity: 100 approx.

    Youth Centre: Separate self-contained unit next to the hall, with kitchenette, toilets/toilet with disabled access and access ramp.

    Other Facilities: Well equipped Kitchen, Toilets, Toilet with Disabled Access, and Baby Changing Facilities

    Bar: The hall has a fully equipped bar which can be booked to accompany community and private events.

    Car Park: Parking for c 60 cars with additional on-street parking.

    Outdoor Playing Field: There is a field next to the hall suitable for football and other informal outdoor games.

    Children's Playground:There is a fenced children's playground with fixed equipment next to the hall, managed by Gilberdyke Parish Council.
