  • Welcome to the Parish of Scole, Norfolk This site is currently under construction by the Parish Council and will eventually carry loads of information about the delightful villages that make up our Parish as well as news and information from the Parish Council and various local societies. The Parish consists of the communities of Scole, Billingford, Thelveton, Frenze, Waterloo and Thorpe Parva with approximately 1,300 residents. It borders Diss to the West, Harleston to the East, Dickleburgh to the North and the river Waveney to the South. The Waveney and it's environs have been designated a special conservation area and provides a verdant habitat for the many species of wildlife around the area.
