  • The Staff at the The Honiton Community College have requested the Parent Teacher Association to support them in supplying the following items: Modern Foreign Languages - "8 good qualityheadphones for being able to listen to online listenening materialswhen in the IT suites - @£9.99 each" -   Baby dolls - "The babies are £495for the first one and then £395 for each one after that.  I would beplanning to do this with year 10 as part of a unit ofwork on parenting and students would take the baby away over theweekend having first been trained by the year 12/13 Health and SocialCare students." "The Geog dept would like somefieldwork equipment. Ranging poles, flow metres, tape measures, thatsort of thing" £200- Head of PE - "We can always do with money in ourattempt to upgrade the fitness studio which is used by staff andstudents.""The college could do with some new curtainsfor the stage.  I realisethat the cost of these will be quite expensive but it might besomething that the PSFA might like to support." "We desperately need new sinks in theart dept. Have you seen them?!!!! Might be a bit pricey though Ithink." "Textiles Technology had theircamera stolen in the summer hols ,so we would much like another digitalcamera to replace the old one. Approx £150.00 should cover it" "I have put a request for someICT additions to RS .  We currently have no software." No costs yetsubmitted."Basket ball nets."If anyone is able to help the PSFA in anyway in supplying or helping towards the funding for any of the above items the staff and children of your local Community College would be extremely grateful.
