  • Essex Blind Charity runs a weekly resource centre for visually impaired people in Braintree Community Centre, Victoria Street every Wednesday from 10am to 1pm. The centre provides help and advice from both sighted and visually impaired staff. Visual aids available from organisations like the RNIB can be demonstrated and purchased. All visitors are welcome whether registered visually impaired or just looking on behalf of a friend or relative.
