  •   South Derbyshire Mental Health Association is a registered charity and was developed in 1991, to support adults who are recovering their mental health, promote mental health issues and be a resource for information on mental health matters.We support people with mental health issues by providing self help groups; a wide range of activities include projects, classes and trips.  Also provided is a drop in service available 6 days per week.  Currently we support around 100 people who attend between 1 and 5 times per week.All these Services are available to any adult in South Derbyshire and surrounding areas with a mental health issue.  Our staff and volunteers will be happy to discuss with you which group/s might be most suitable for your needs and interests.
